I priced a Z18 Pro like I have mine equipped. Over $60K. OMG! I bought in early March last year before the price increases started. Maybe this time next year these prices will seem reasonable, who knows.

On the plus side if you're looking to sell it should make your used boat more valuable.

My 2020 Z19 Pro was listed as $44,295 on the website, the 2023 is listed at $58,995... that is a 33% price increase.

I was in the mother BPS store in Springfield yesterday. They had a 2022 Z18 really decked out with big electronics but no Active Target, dual console, 2 PP Blades, hot foot, etc., for over $56K but that was with a 150. I would trade for a Z20 if they would give me 30% more than I paid for mine in trade. Yeah, right. Looks like the Z18 and I are going to be partners for a while.

BP in Broken Arrow had a fairly basic Z20 the other day. 72k I believe, and it was the only Nitro there.

Fixing to test this theory, boat is getting some small scratches fixed this week, getting engine service, than going up for sale soon.

Ranger's prices are up as well. Priced my 198p similarly spec'd and it was 48k! I been eyeing a Nitro z19 but no way at these prices. At what point do these boats just sit on the lots?

When people stop financing them for 20 years and paying 350k for an 90k boat.

This is not even remotely close to the majority real buyers, sure there are a few but not many.

I have had many 20 year loans. Feel free to roast me, but trust me you will be wrong.

I have been fortunate enough to not have had a boat loan for a number of years but there is a limit to what I will pay. I've said that every time I've bought one in the past 15 years or so but a new one seems to find my garage every 3 or 4 years. This time may be different. The cost of boats always went up every year but not at the rate they are now.

If a loan fits your budget I say have at it. I may not have a boat payment but I can't remember the last time I didn't have a truck payment.

I’m just saying when people are paying out something on a 15 to 20 year note eating a ton of interest on a liability it rarely works out financially. Boats aren’t losing value as much now, but there are still a lot of people dropping big money for a long term note, and as long as they do prices and demand won’t go down. Whatever or however you finance it is up to you but if you do the math a long term note on a boat rarely makes financial sense.

obviously, but this is a extremely small minority of people that do this. And has no bearing on costs going up. I mean all you gotta do is look around and listen to to know what is causing prices to rise. Hint, its not 1 thing.

Was really hoping to see some new colors on 2023s. Anyone at Nitro reading this i would like a flat charcoal gray, a little darker then the gunmetal gray.

A similar 2023 Z21XL is almost $10k more than I paid for mine in 2016. Not as bad as I thought. But I have no FFS or 12" graphs and no shallow water anchors.
