The last couple on months I've been using some of the products from the Bearded Butchers. So far I've really liked what I've tried. I started with the 6 pack combo seasonings. The ones I really like are Hollywood, Black and Chipotle. I did some chicken and put a light dust of Chipotle and then came back with the Hollywood and it was some of the best chicken I ever made. The Black puts a real nice bark on meat. I finish all my pork and beef with it now. I have since reordered and got the bulk tubs and like those a lot. The boning knife is so good the wife had to have one too.
