    NEMA2k data QUESTION

    I have NEMA from my outboard,to gateway,then to backbone.
    my question is does that engine data go to each carbon display via my Ethernet connection between displays,or do I have to set up each display nema data separately?

    Yep, found this out also researching NEMA - connection required to all devices, can't piggyback/share over the Ethernet. Hence I ordered a starter kit - it was the most economical was to get a 15ft and a 2ft drop cable with tees/terminators/etc so I could connect my bow unit. If you are buying a component it may come with cables, ie the Point 1 comes with a 15ft and a tee, for instance - just ordered one.

    now i know why my 2 carbons show different nema data, need separate nema to each carbon.
