    Lowrance Hook2 4X

    I hooked up a Lowrance Hook2 4X to my Minnkota Terrova Trolling motor. It is basically just to let me know the depth up front. It seems to work fine until i get in shallow water, then the depth is way off and interference lines on the graph. I use a Humminbird Helix 8 at the helm. Ant idea what is happening? TIA

    How shallow is shallow ? Try putting it in manual depth mode, set it to read at shallow depths. 0-8 feet, 0-5 feet, etc...
