Has there been an issue with the Solix units ethernet port not working? I have to do a factory reset to get it to recognize the mega live. I recall the network between units would not work very often either. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

That's not a common Solix problem I've seen. If you are going through a 5 port hub, maybe try a different port.

I'm directly connected to the unit. Thank you for the reply.
Is the only thing on the network the Solix and the Mega Live?
I have my Mega Live direct connected to my Apex but also have a Solix unit connected to the other Apex Ethernet port. I haven't seen the issue you describe and I don't have a 5 port switch either.

Mega live to the solix 10 and that's it.
It really does sound like you have some sort of hardware issue on the Solix itself... Especially if you were having networking issues between units as well. Direct connect between Mega Live and the Solix 10 is pretty straight forward and there shouldn't be any settings you need to tweak.
One other idea... Have you tried a different Ethernet Cable? If you don't have one make sure all the pins on both ends of the cable are good.
