I accidentally shattered my G Loomis NRX today with a jig, I went to lookup g loomis warranty policy and it says that the rod has to be registered with them. I bought this 893c nrx a long time ago so it was never registered. Will I still be able to do a expeditor warranty claim?

yes, just give them a call.
Call them ... as it is an old regular nrx there was no register requirement they will either replace it under warranty which may be doubtful as u said its years old and rods generally break from manufacturing defects within days or weeks of purchase, or they will tell u to expedite it... 150 or 175 whatever it is now is better than 550 to 625 for a new nrx
