Your best bet is to start here with the Mercury Propeller Selector: https://www.mercurymarine.com/en/us/...lers/selector/
Good luck with your propeller search.
Please have a great day!

24 is too much prop. The 23 is just about perfect at sea level. I run a 21 at 3,500 ft to get into the 6,000 rpm range.

I run a 24 pitch on a 2022 merc pro xs ct with a 6" jack plate on a rt188p and get 6250 rpms f/t and 49 mph. Great hole shot. Just me, full tank of fuel and medium tackle load.

Hummm thanks for info might just stick with 23 pitch and have Olathe prop redo it it and cup sum more thanks everyone
The new 4S are a different animal than what we were used to with the 2s. They need to be propped to reach that 6,000 to 6300 rpm to have a happy life. I’m sure Vexus put some research along with Mercury to set the boats up as correctly as possible. Then we as owners can fine tune as needed. If you really want to have some fun throw on a Tempest 19. It’s like riding in a 1970 Chevelle SS with a 4 speed. No bow lift the boat jumps straight on top of the water while you smile. Waay under propped but alot of fun.

Like other users have said 24 pitch prop is to much prop for that motor. Id think your best prop pitch for overall performance would be a 21p, but I most certainly wouldn't even consider anything over a 23. The better question is though. What are you running now and what are you trying acheive?
I'm running the factory 23 tempest plus but have noticed I've lost 5 mph and now not getting the lift getting about 42 to 45when was new got around 50 give or take 1or 2 mph but think Ive have shaved a little off the tips of prop so probably gonna get it recupped and reworked and stay with the 23 I appreciate everyone's input thank you
Also what about bobs 5 degree wedges anyone tried them for more bow lift and trim

Funny you shaved the tips off the 23? That couldn’t have been pleasant.
So you screwed the 23 up and wonder why you lost speed.
That got you thinking about the 24. I get it now. Get that 23 fixed and tuned. You will be back in the saddle. Just an FYI I run 48+ mph with a 21 Tempest at 6,200 RPM. This is at 3,600 ft elevation. At sea level I would be close to 50 mph with RPM in the 6,300 range.
