A friend of mine bought a used Terrova trolling motor from a guy in Oxford,Mi on May 8th for 1300.00. When my friend called to inquire about it, the person told him it was brand new and only 4 yrs old. My friend does not know much about these motors so he took the guys word for it being the motor did look new. My friend called Minnkota after the purchase to inquire about a foot pedal for it and they told him the motor is a 2007 model. My friend called the person in Oxford,Mi and said he wanted his money back and the guy said it was a done deal and he’s not getting his money back. I’m not sure what else he can do about it so be careful because the guy has a lot more stuff to sell according to my friend. This person is selling everything because he is moving apparently.
