Question 1968 Johnson 9.5 HP Outboard Fuel Pump

So, it looks like there's something saying you've got to convert the pump to the new style or something? Anyone heard of this? Anyone know of any places or sponsors that have one of the old style pumps?

Try this place https://www.crowleymarine.com/johnso...arts/41426.cfm they show having a replacement fuel pump assy
can’t speak to conversion but the rubber parts in a 1968 engine will certainly not stand up to today’s fuel. The new pump looks like the old one but of course has parts compatible with today’s fuels.

That does look like it. A bit more expensive than the new $20 style . Thanks a lot for the info and link
