187 Champ with 150 DI Evinrude lost speed, need help.

Need help. My 187 Champ is is excellent condition. Just had a tune up on my 150 HP Evinrude with new plugs, compression tested 5 cylinders 100% & 99% on1. Does not seem to have the speed it used to. Was a 62 mph tournament ready boat.
People telling me it's the throttle cable & handle, another says it's the prop (currently running a 23 Tempest, one person told me I should run a 24 Raker, another said 24 trophy. I don't know, but would like some experienced help. Thank you in advance!

WOT RPM's? How much did you lose on the top end? DI or ETEC?

Unless you have changed props since you were running so well, I’d rule that out.

Laptop time, possible injector out. Take air box off and make sure the throttle plates are all opening fully at WOT.
