I agree with Yupitsme in that the slip numbers are outrageous. That 25p tempest should run much much better on that boat. I wouldn't go buying 4 blade props just to try. I would have that prop checked at a prop shop, and play the prop2pad height. It's gotta be in one of those. I still think the motor is way to high to be running those slip numbers. Running a straight edge along the pad to level it should put that straight edge at a downward angle running to the rear which would give a false reading. When I do mine on my 209, I get the boat as close to the degree she runs at on pad, measure directly to the bottom of the pad, and measure directly to the center of the prop shaft. The gamblers have enough of a hook or angle to the pad, that I couldn't level mine without using a floor jack on the tounge of the trailer and kept getting crazy numbers like 4" below.
