    Boat trailer cleaning

Was wondering what you like to use to clean a metal trailer? I have a 21 foot Ranger trailer (2006) just trying to make3 it look nice :)

I just use the rag I just wiped the boat itself down with and hit the trailer with the slick mist that's already on the rag. Might not be the best way but it's what I do.

Treat others like you want to be treated when on the water EVEN WHEN IN A TOURNAMENT! No fish is worth having a confrontation because you cut someone off or came in on top of someone.

amazing stuff! I tried it on faded plastic as well. Best I’ve found so far. So easy to use. These dudes make some awesome stuff. Don’t be fooled by it’s oily makeup. It dries non slick.

There are a ton of cleaners out there. I made the mistake of using a heavy duty degreaser on the trailer and it dulled the paint. Yey! Forget what brand, probably Krudcutter, 30 Second or something like that. Won't do that again. There is an attachment you can buy for a power washer called a Foam Cannon/Foam Gun. You fill the bottle with car wash soap and are easily able to apply a thick coating of foam over all surfaces you want to wash. I have a car wash brush on extension handle which makes it easy to get under the boat. The pre-soak of foam does a great job of loosening dirt and grease. There are lots of videos of car detailing guys using these things.
