Mine was shipped a little over 4. When I went from Fury to Bravo 1, I raised it a little under 3/4". Seem really good there. I could probably come up more, but I am not chasing top speed.

3.5 with a fury 24p 3 blade is where I am at. what prop? furys like to be deeper trophy plus can be 1/2 shallower likely

You are gonna struggle with that prop. I went to a 23, added a hydraulic jack plate, raise it to 2.25 on the gauge and it really like it. Night and day driving that boat compared to how it was delivered. With the manual it came flush, I believe about 4 inches p to p. I raised it an inch and it got better. I changed props and it got alot better. Only time I drop it is in rough stuff.
