Talked to livescanner today and they told me my unit was shipping today. Will be here on saturday. Finally get to put the finishing touches on the boat. A 3 yr process is finally going to be done. Can't wait!
I have whatever their top of the line was in September last year. All I can tell you is they are fantastic people on the customer service side and well worth waiting for whatever they are building because they will back it up. I jacked mine up, broke something inside it bouncing off a limb or whatever on the third day using it. Contacted them, figured I would have to send it in and pay to get it fixed or just buy a new one, talked to one of their techs who said ship it back, we'll take care of you. Within a week of shipping my unit to them I got it back with a different shaft setup (breakaway upgrade so it can pop loose instead of breaking internally and needing repair) and no charge apart from shipping to them.
I can't say enough good things about Live Scanner, great people and a great product.
