    150 fast strike

    1993 fast strike 150 is leaking gas bad I figured it has a float stuck? Anyone recommend anything to try or anyone that rebuilds carbs in Alabama? Thanks

    I have the same motor and the bowls will warp causing leaks. You can order everything easily and probably do the work yourself. Just do one at a time so that the intake manifold doesn’t break its seal to the block. The bolts that hold the carbs on also double as intake bolts.

    Got some oem bowls on amazon. Some counterfeit oem bowls on ebay. I think 4 genuine and 2 knock-offs. Need a rebuild kit for each carburetor also. I just shopped for whoever had the best price but stick with oem.

    Described as genuine oem bowl by seller. Came in a generic plastic bag. Didn’t look like the genuine oem bowls I had got off amazon. Maybe not counterfeit,just lied to in the description.

    Perhaps your Amazon bowls were counterfeit and the Ebay were genuine? You get what you pay for on Amazon and Ebay.

    I got mine this winter from leadersrpm.com Best price I could find at that time and they were genuine.
