    P2 with 24p fury 3blade vs 22p bravo 4blade

2022 P2 with Fury 24 pitch 3 blade WOT will turn slightly over 5700 rpm/72 mph. She starts dancing at 65mph. Any clue what a 22 pitch 4 blade Bravo 1 would get me? Possibly 6000 rpm? Lose or gain a tad of speed with better handling? Shes like a rocket jumping out of the water so I don’t think there would be much difference in the Fury vs Bravo... Comments or suggestions would be appreciated..... BCB any recommendations??

I started with a 24 Fury on my 2021. I knew it was wrong from the get-go(it was summer). Got a 24 Bravo 1, and cannot imagine better performance. I cannot get to max RPM because I am a chicken, so I cannot say if it would ever get to 6000. I always stop at 68 mph. I would bet good money that a 23 would get over 6000.

Thanks.. My title was wrong. They gave me a 22p 4 blade bravo1 to try. I have 23 listed.

My 2021 came with 24 fury, I went to 23 fury and it got much better. Especially after hydraulic jack plate addition. Cant speak to the bravo but the 24 fury sure ain't right and they need to stop selling p2 with it.

Bamayates here is a thread on the BCB Owner's Forum that has a lot of information on propping out your P2.
I started this thread and am JEHinLa. I'm still running my 23 pitch Trophy + and like it just fine. Pay attention to everyone that has the 24 Pitch Fury 3 that won't go over 5700 rpms.

The link given has a lot of info on propping the PII.
Keep in mind that any prop performance on the 2 stroke will require dropping 1 pitch on the 4 stroke.

The newer PII's from the factory need a 23 Fury if they continue to use it as the standard prop. 24 pitch is to high.

I have a 2016 PII, 2 stroke. I currently run a 25 Trophy Plus. I have also made many comments in the link above.

General recommendation is usually 24p Fury 3 is a 26p Bravo. Or 22p Fury would be 24p Bravo. Go 2 pitches up in that move.

This is what I tried to do when I ordered my P2. Even my RSM agreed, on the phone, that a 25P Bravo would be great. Maybe in the winter, but those were not available so they shipped my boat with a 24 Fury. At the time, all I could find was 24P so i went with that. So glad I did.

I appreciate all the comments. I took some advice from the link and contacted Ronnie Gilbert. He told me the best thing to do in his opinion was ship him my prop and let him work it. He believes he can get more RPM out of it while obtaining a better ride/drive.
i like it because spending $280 to get mine worked is much better opinion than buying a new one.

The link above it spot-on. I have a 23 Fury 3, 22 Razor XL (Bravo clone) and a 23 trophy. Trophy is a great mix of the Razor and Fury. The Razor although the slowest of my three on top end, provides the best ride in the mid-range, which is where I usually always run.
