Mine has not come off, with that said you might dab a little silicone around the edge that's worked fine in the past.
If urs has the center, what I’d call a stem maybe, wrap electrical tape around it till u can give it snug fit. Then put a little double sided tape on the backside. I’ve done this with my last three boats and never had another problem with em falling off.
I plus 2 the silicone.
