Throttle roller timing arm adjustment 60* motors

In looking at my Jonny 150, it is set up exactly like the "incorrect" picture that's posted close to the top of the board that has the same topic title as this one. My question is this, would you recommend this change be made to ALL similar motors as a point of improved performance? Or, ONLY if you're experiencing stalling at take off?

Yes I do it to all the 60* motors that come in my shop.

Thanks for the info! This adjustment, I'm assuming, was stock from the factory. Why would they set it like that if it needs to be as shown?
