I remember a few years back whenever I was fishing lake Lanier in Georgia on a regular trip every year. I heard a specialist on national news talk about how unbelievably low the levels were in lake Lanier. He stated that with just a little above record rain fall each year the lake would still take over 10 years to get back to normal pool. Well a certain ALL MIGHTY above must have heard this extremely educated and highly confident person from the scientific community. I think he wanted to make an example out of this scholarly scientific fellow and the rains came. In less than 6 weeks lake Lanier was full and if I remember correctly they had to let more water out because levels were too high. 2 big rain storms did the trick.
