    PMs responded to. This is the only Rod I am looking to buy. I have probably 18 Gen1 Cumaras and it seems like everytime I do something dumb it’s to this rod....third one I’ve broken.

    I have this exact rod and I know why you want more of them. It's by far my favorite. No - you can't have it. I'm on my last one.

    I soooo wish they would remake this rod again as used warranty on mine and no replacement is the same as it.
    Where are the BIG ones? When are we going?

    Jay I have a first gen 6’8” cumara medium heavy fast action. I would trade it for a red cucxmha if that’s something your interested in. I have added a lure holder on it that looks factory. Nice rod but I like the red ones more albeit the blacks are probably more resilient.

    Rab that’s not the correct rod. The Rod I’m looking for is 6’9”. Your rod is a bottom contact rod. I’m looking for the reaction series

    Jay,

    Even if you find one it'll probably break eventually. They seem to last about 8 yrs. My buddy Riley had about 6 of them, bought a couple from me yrs back. He only has one left. The rest broke.

    Check out FX rods. I have one of their spinning rods and they are well balanced, light in weight and sensitive blanks.

    BTW, moved to Maine back in May, fishing is 500% better than in Mass. 15 min from Cobbee.
