I'm having slow speed in my 2020 919. Have Mercury 225 with Fury 24 on a 10 inch z lock manual jack plate. When I hit 60 mph I'm chine walking badly. Trim down and loose speed. Any suggestions?

I’m guessing this is your first high performance boat hull? If so it just takes time. Watch YouTube on how to correct chine walk, it’s takes a lot of practice. Just ease into the trim around 60 and don’t over do it and get out of control. The more trim the worse it gets. But with practice you will catch on.

This is my second boat. Traded in a Stratos 201 pro with 250 Yahmaha. No problems on it.

Knowing that measurement will help. Also your boat should carry most of the weight in the rear. If you have the front compartments packed with heavy gear it will affect performance. Where are you in TN?

Ok, got it measured. It's 5 1/4 below pad with a 10inch Z lock manual jack plate.
