    We have had some heavy rain this morning. Didn't check the gauge as it was pouring when I left my house. Lots of water running in the ditches though.

    They had 10" north of town. City park completely underwater and Deer creek completely out of banks in fields.. Storm just sat north of town for hours. So you may be flooded being on deer creek.
