    Can leftover brisket be frozen?

I may have too much leftover tomorrow? How do you reheat it if you do freeze it?

Vacuum seal it. then defrost in the fridge a couple of days. Put a pot of water of the stove to a very low simmer. Place the bag in the water and let it go for a couple of hours

Just got through vacuum sealing 10 - 3/4lbs. packs of brisket that came off the BGE over the weekend. That’s plenty of meat for two of us for brisket tacos, or with grilled veggies, etc. I always freeze one chunk for soup or beans, and the big thick ends off of BB ribs for the same purpose.
I cooked 8 Dino bone beef ribs on the BGE last weekend. 2 ribs will feed 2 people with leftovers. So, I vacuum sealed the others in 2s, and froze them.
11” wide x 20” long bags put a big dent in a roll, but they are absolutely worth it.
Pork carnitas is also an excellent choice for cooking, and vac storing in the freezer. Just add some of the cooking juices to the package to sear it in when reheated. Cook it in the slow cooker. It’s better.
