    CX18ss

Looked at a CX18ss yesterday with a 150 ProXS. I think I may have found my next boat, checks all the boxes, just waiting on a price with some Garmins and the trolling motor.

Did not ask about the gauge in the console. Is that a MercMonitor?

Im guessing you mean the standard medallion gauge. It will read fuel, tach, speed, pressure, battery, engine hrs, etc

You will hear many complaints about the fuel gauge. I gave in and installed Vessel View. In defiance, the gas gauge is working now.

We've had our CX-18SS for a couple months now. No regrets other than the dealer is a boob. We recently had Bass Boat Electronics install an in-hull transducer to read depth at speed. You'll need one if you want to read depth over 35mph. The Caymas is smooth and the Merc is great. Like others have said the gas gauge leaves a lot to be desired, we will be at 100% and the next time you look at it, 50% then 25% and it's back to the gas station and you can only put 20 gallons in it. Top speed so far is 52mph, enough to blow your hat off. Lots of storage.

I would get it with the 175hp motor.
