    195 TF Foxfire

    Does anyone know what this boats motor hight should be with a 200 opti? Boat and motor are both 1999 year has a 6 inch slidemaster jack plate and 25 tempest its at 4 inches below the pad which seems low but i seem to be gitting a lot of prop slip on the top end.

    a turbo lightning or send the tempest to croxton prop repair and prop pad is around 31/2 you should see 68-71.The other big problem with motors its a 99 could be tired and not performing to the original specs.

    Thanks for the response .Just rebuilt the opti she is good just bought boat to fix and sell have not messed with chargers before most rangers and champions 3 1/2 is a good starting place this one is 4 inches below and the prop is not the best will change prop and do some adjusting just wanted to see what a normal set was thanks again.
