He has insight from the establishment some things are about to change, big money and politics goes together like the clap and penicillin...
He made some comments about OXY a few weeks ago. He really liked their recent earnings, comments from management and OXY has alot of nat gas reserves. He believes they will be big beneficiaries from Europe transitioning away from Russian energy.
