Alright...hoping someone has figured this out already and can provide some help.
Have what was originally a Canada 2015 f150, and the headlights automatically turn on when the truck is in gear (even with the switch in the off position). I bet everyone loves when I can't shut my lights off while backing down the ramp.
I was hoping it was like the older trucks where the headlights have their own fuse and I could tap into the circuit there to install a switch, but it looks like the lights are run through the BCM and I think this may complicate things a bit.
Or are the just a headlight fuse but labeled as different? 40a and 50a seem a bit high to be headlight fuses IMO, and it seems wired that each side high and low would be on one fuse...link to diagram I found below
