Got everything back together and for the most part the boat runs well! But she still doesn't like to idle for very long. so far I have replaced stator, trigger, reeds, intake air temp sensor, TPS, had injectors serviced and flow tested, replaced the plugs, wires and checked spark across the board. All boxes have been removed, timing is set to 23* max and idle timing is 4*. Any suggestions?

not really, just seems to load up at when idling for too long. I like to troll at 2mph when I fish. after 5-10 mins at this speed it dies. Maybe I need to lean the TPS out a bit.

This is meant with the utmost of respect intended: Your 200 EFI was really not designed to be used as a trolling motor.

adjusting TPS and or idle timing can change running quality at low speed , adjust TPS to .200 and try it

I no longer buy anything from PartsVu. Their "return policy" is that if you open the box you have violated their "original packaging" policy and the item is not returnable.

It only cost me $400 to learn this lesson.

While I would agree with your decision, most OEM components are not returnable if not in their original or sealed packaging. In other words: Retail-Package sellable condition.

It would have cost you $0 if you would have read the return policy they clearly put on their website for all to read or ordered the correct parts to start with...
