MEGA Live inverted/mirrored image issue.

Hello Guys,

I've got my MEGA live paired with Helix 8 G4N, All updated to the latest software (both helix and Mega Live). Mega live is on separate battery and dedicated mounting pole. Everything has been working fine for a month or so. Yesterday the unit froze. After restart Mega live image is inverted/mirrored (I attached two pictures), also depth readings are completely off. Tried to restore defaults, but it doesn't change anything.

Do you have any ideas how to fix this?

Sometimes, simply changing views fixes small problems for me. Did you try restoring ML defaults and not just sonar defaults?

My guess would be to go into the Mega live installation settings and check to see what side it is installed on. Maybe this setting got forgot in the freeze.

I've seen where restoring Mega Live Defaults has helped with this. It's on the same screen where al the other "Restore Default" options are located.

I wasn't talking about the Helix defaults. I was talking about the Mega Live Defaults. It's a different option. I'm not sure if restoring the Helix defaults also resets the Mega Live settings or not... I don't know if those are actually stored on the Mega Live itself or the Helix.

If you didn't do the specific Restore Mega Live Defaults, I would suggest trying that as well.

For a Helix, it is in the Accessories menu and MEGA LIVE settings.

Mine was doing the same thing this past Saturday. I turned everything off and restarted, it was fine for an hour then did it again.
