    Traeger Pro 780 Smoking question

Had the Traeger Pro 780 delivered Saturday and used it as a grill yesterday. Not bad for grilling. I wanted to make smoked pulled pork this weekend. Do you have to press any buttons to get it to smoke or will it just smoker automatically when you have low temps on. How do you turn off the smoke option after a few hours?

You'll want to smoke it through the whole process, or at least till you crutch (wrap) it if that is the plan. Once it's wrapped you can finish it with any heat source.

I've used several Traeger's and several other pellet burners and not seen one yet that you could turn the smoke off....the wood is how it makes the heat. The 780 pro looks to be the same.
