    Pegging a worm?

    If you over shank worm past eye of hook. ??
    Do you use , 60-80 lbs. and peg eyelet , through plastic, then nip off?? Is that used?

    I used to years ago. Don't anymore. If I having issues keeping plastic up, i use glue now

    In my semi-inebriated state I did not understand what you wrote, hence the cheers. After re reading I think I get what you’re asking. If you fish heavy enough cover to need to peg I like bobber stops. 6th sense are good. I used to use toothpicks but have converted over the years. Now if you are using a straight shank hook old school with no worm shank keeper than the big lb test like you mentioned is an option.
