    Charger help

    New owner of a Charger 195v. 20 year old boat, but a 2016 mercury 150hp. I know it痴 slightly underpowered but what are realistic speed numbers with a heavy/full load. OR/AND any thoughts on this setup. It値l b 2 weeks before I値l splash it for first time

    55, wish I could tell you it will be better, but Chargers are heavy hulls. I ran a 1996 195vf with a 150 Intruder on it for years, best I ever saw with a 24" Raker, gas fumes in the tank and light load was 57mph. Sold it to my buddy who added a jackplate and messed with props etc, but it never got any faster.

    Awesome boat though, love me a Charger boat.

    I would say the same 55-57 if the motor is in good health and the set -up is correct ?
