Rigging and such… It’s just right!!

From the factory to the dealer, this boat is rigged with everything neatly put together and in order!!
Its the way things are supposed to be done IMO.

Even in the smallest of places which are out of sight to the common eye:
Underneath The Console: With everything precisely labeled too.

Everything super clean and all the wiring top notch and neatly in place.
We replaced the cranking battery with an upgraded Interstate 31M-AGM series with a massive 1155CCA/ 100Ah

I’m thinking about wrapping this in carbon fiber… anyone have thoughts on that?

The factory installed Jensen BT Radio is an awesome added feature. It sounds great. My last boat was the first I had with a radio in it. I always said I’d not have one, but think it’s become standard equipment in my boats now

Clean!! Just FYI I have that same interstate battery and it was beeping at me when I would go to start during a tournament I was captaining for the local high school. I'm running (3) 12" Helix and a Mega 360. My boat is a 2020 demo so it's probably a 2019 battery but my boat only has 75 hrs on it. My point is I'm not sure if it can keep up and I'm already looking at upgrading or adding another battery especially when I pull the trigger on another graph with live sonar. That batter is 925 CCA which is slightly less than Mercury recommends for a 250. I'll probably get the X2 from batteries plus which is 1150 CCA with 10% more reserve capacity at some point soon.

Nice rig and enjoy it! It's a tremendous boat!!

I just wrapped all of my console panels, gauge cluster, glove box, etc with vinyl. Almost went with carbon fiber but opted for brushed black stainless steel. It looks exactly like what it sounds like, a brushed stainless refrigerator, but black. Stuff was really nice to work with and looks great!

I’ll certainly keep that in mind.
This Interstate 31M-AGM series is actually 1155MCA/ 100Ah.
    I misspoke when saying 1155CCA.

Extremely nice wiring on that boat. Not many do it like that.

I will second this, I've rigged my own boats for years (usually full blown rewire because I didn't like it), and worked on my dad's boats as well. The Caymas is well wired, better than any boat I have been in before.

I didn't care for the "clean power" wiring they had due to the shared switch and the bow wiring wasn't ran entirely separately, but it was well labelled and easy to understand. The rigging tubes on the starboard side are too short to easily reach for adding new wiring, wish they were both just a little bit longer, especially the bow one. It is doable, but annoying. Other than that, I have no complaints on how the boats are rigged at the factory, very well done. Good labeling, good terminations, and well placed waterproof connectors for ease of use.

Deka Intimidator 31…. but I’ve known of quite a number of these failing prematurely.
