I'm planning on fishing Nolin this weekend and it's saying that the lake level is around 11-12 feet below summer pool, does this mean that on my lake map (electronics) shows 20 feet deep, then it's 8-9 feet deep?

Yep. Depending on your mapping and unit, you may be able to offset the depth to account for it.
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
nothing else matters.
My Garmin is supposed to be able to do that.
GETFISHED !!!
Lowrance has a water level offset as well.
I know you can custom shade your depths on a Lowrance to effectively show a lake level offset by turning all depths out of water a certain color, but I don’t know of a way to actually set it so it changes the depths shown on the maps. If I’m wrong, I’d love to learn how to do it.
I haven’t tracked rain fall but don’t recall ever seeing Cumberland this low and clear this time of year as well. On positive side trash is at an all time low
