    Unhappy I had to say goodbye to one of my girls today.

    No matter how many times you do this, it's always so hard. It's like losing a member of the family.
    I will miss her. She was a good girl.

    Had no experience with GSDs at all until being around a couple of them a good bit over the past few years... They're wonderful dogs.

    Every time I see a post like this I know I will very emotionally drained when my girl Dixie has to go. She is 8 years old and most Boxers make it 10-12 . I loved all my dogs though my lifetime but she is such a part of my family I just try not to think about it so I know what it does to you and your girl was a beautiful girl and like mine faithful to a fault! So sorry!

    We are soo deeply attached to our animals. Folks without them don't understand how deeply. I always say this, that a dog 1000% knows they are loved and have a great life. So sorry.
