I have a hds gen 3 12 at the console with navionics platinum card and a gen 2 9 at the bow connected by enet. What makes the mapping not work on the bow?
A bad ethernetcable is the typical reason, having the Gen 3 on latest software is another.
I don’t think gen 3 have the capability to share mapping and definitely not to a gen 2. Map sharing started with carbons,I believe.
The only HDS-generation not capable of sharing maps was HDS Gen 1.
