    Someone gave me a couple of Boston's sliced up into steaks few years ago. I seasoned them up with Big Poppas steak seasoning and grilled them over charcoal...super yummy. Need to do it again soon.

    One of my favorite meats to grill. I usually use season salt, garlic and black pepper then grill hot and fast.

    I've only done them once so far. I used Meat Church holy gospel or holy cow, don't remember which. Indirect heat on charcoal grill to about 170+ temp. I want my pork done. Came out pretty good.
