    I'm hiring

    Wanted to throw this out to you all. I am trying to hire a sales rep for the Springfield area. I'm getting a bunch of resumes but no one will ever call back! I've been to Springfield 4 times now to conduct interviews with people whom I've talked to but no one shows up.

    My company is Window World and we have owned this store since 2011. I had a sales rep move away from the area which left an opening.
