    Regional Food favorites

We have 2 great sandwiches in Jersey and one is North Jersey only. We have taylor ham egg and cheese and the best is the deli sloppy joe which is really a North Jersey niche. Roast beef, turkey, swiss cheese and russian dressing, coleslaw on rye bread. It's the greatest and the hot version which just swaps the roast beef with hot pastrami. What everyone else have that is really specific to where you live?

We have something called "Chip Chopped Ham." It's a cold deli meat probably made with "parts." It's a Cleveland-Pittsburgh area thing, as friends from the area have tried to buy t in other parts of the country and no one else has heard of it. I think it originated with our Islay's stores, where they served it with BBQ sauce.
