I've heard great things about alwelds. Tough as nails. I know you said that u wanted to be within 8hr of Illinois but if I was in the market I'd have Uncle J build me one. They can build it however you want it.

Might want to mention if you're looking for a tunnel hull with a jet or with a prop.

Not at all what you are asking for but my dad is selling his Rockproof jet. It's listed here on BBC under boats for sale if you want to check it out. Won't find a more rugged boat and it's basically brand new with low hours.

you need to consider a Sea Ark. They make a very good tunnel hull boat and our popular here in Southern Wisconsin on the WI and Mississippi rivers. there is a dealer in Juneau, WI that sells them and has a few in stock.

Sea Ark makes a good one. Custom builders can do it anyway you want - Prodigy, Gator trax, Uncle J, Stumpjumper, Xtreme are a few good ones worth a look. They all build tanks basically. I know Prodigy has a collection of boats available now, or you can build one. They can be built for duck hunting or fishing, with lights, livewells, and choice of console position.

Still looking. With the cost of New boats, we're looking at used rigs.
