Love watching these landing videos. If think it is boring, go back towards the beginning. Tons of go arounds and it was sporty to say the least!

That's a great sight seeing planes stacked up for landing in comparison to the recent past with empty airports.

Winds across the UK and Europe today are brutal, upwards of 90 mph.

I have a team of colleagues working at a RAF base in the NW part of the UK. It was so bad they secured ops today and had to go load extra fuel (for ballast) and tie the aircraft down for fear of damage. Pretty brutal over there today.

I’d done turned one turboprop and headed for about 20,000 or so towards main part Europe, somewhere with maybe 20 gusting to no more than 35 . Piss on that stuff, A lot of those old boys did some go around , old guy filming was counting and laughing kinda at the go arounds, smart pilots, a good approach equals a good landing, never fails, I’ve did bad approaches in a hurry and always equals landing but bad one , a bounce or a float, But a good solid approach equals a smooth good landing every time.
