bilge pump and live wells

96 277 pro tournament, how do you get to the bilge pump and live wells?????
also, how do you take out the passenger and driver seats?

I've never seen the back compartment on the 277 so I'm no help there...hopefully other owners will chime in....on my 207 the center of the bench seats was mounted in velcro....pull those out and you could access the screws for the seat.
