    Post Count

Does anybody know why is it that I had 999 posts last week, then 974 yesterday, and down to 971 today? I don’t recall reading a thread that discussed this topic. Just don’t know what causes it to decrease. Any input appreciated but please don’t beat me up.

    Thanks,
    Migs

I've been deleting a TON of posts in the Swap & Sell forums. Literally years overdue to purge them and that will definitely reduce some members's post counts if you've been using the swap & sell forums for a long time.
I'd be glad to increase your post count back to 999 if you like.

I asked Al the same question. He said he deleted a lot of old swap/sell forum posts, which caused this issue.

I knew mine would go backwards when some basstard got a thread locked and deleted.
I thought I was just shy of 57 thousand one time.

Gol dang 250, I thought I generated a lot of print. You're at 55,960 and still going. I need a life, a real life. Maybe, just maybe.......

Thank you all for the responses and your offer Al, but I’m ok. I don’t need it reset to 999.

    Thanks guys!

I quickly learned that it is not necessary for me to comment on every single post.

Don’t think I will ever get there but I think he is going to let me clean the windshield and check air pressure in the tires pretty soon. Yeah I think he really likes me!

Indeed. The great silver bird does fly of course but someone has to change the tires, empty the lavatory tanks and clean the windshields. This could be you.

This ^. [Although I couldn’t resist on this one.]

I did the math and saw that I typically post 3 times a day. Just 2 more to go today; must use them wisely.
