I have used both an OEM box, as well as a standard box, cut a 1/2" piece of sheathing the same size as the box. The drill a hole in the center of the sheathing, put a carriage bolt through the hole so the threaded portion comes through the prop, put a large washer on that size and install the nut. Now the prop cannot move in the box.

If you dont have a prop box, then go to the post office and get a bunch of priority boxes that are still in the plastic rap not folded up yet. Get a bigger box than the prop needs and fill that thing fill of the po boxes on all sides. Cheapest way i found. The blades will never get through 2” of cardboard. Better to pay a few more $ in shipping weight then deal with bent prop

I get mine from a tire shop. They typically have wheel boxes that work and they are heavy duty.
