To the OP, I stopped by the Boat Doc and saw your new boat. Its beautiful! Really impressed with the layout, fit and finish, and improvements especially in storage compared to my 520C. That center box is HUGE! I will admit I got in it but took my shoes off and was careful On my C boat, the driver's seat is almost a little too far back but to me the R boat seat to steering wheel distance seemed a little tight (I'm 6-1" and 235 lbs). Seat was super comfortable and I like the upright nature of it. The back compartment is extremely clean and laid out great.

Overall, I really like what I see with the changes and feel Ranger knocked it out of the park with the new R boat. Mark said, counting yours, they have 3 others on order that are sold. Ranger's going to have trouble keeping up with demand I suspect. Congrats on a beautiful boat

Yes I also feel like the seat is a little cramped (I am 6'3 250ish) luckily there is some more room to move the seat back either on the brackets or redrill and set the brackts back.

I'll agree on tight console. I'm 6'4" / 250lb and if I slouch, my knees touch the console. However, the new seats kinda force you to sit upright.

After sitting in them again... I do love the seats and my knees are close but don't hit as bad as originally thought.
