Boca Bearings. They have DIY instructional videos too. It's easy to do.
Size is the same for all Shimano casting reels. You need a set of two for most Shimano reels and they are the same size. I buy from the Tackle Trap. If you’re not sure, give them a call and they will help you with sizing.

A lot of the Shimanos use 3 x 10 x 4 bearings for the spools. Their bearings also respond very well to a deep cleaning (lighter fluid, ultrasonic, etc) so if you haven’t tried cleaning them already you can try that before replacing.
