    Making my breakfast omlette

10 eggs, half a pound grated sharp cheddar, dollop of milk, 3 ounces of Blue Cheese crumbled, mushrooms onion ham Lebanon Balogna slivered, all sauteed in butter.
Got the pan lid on to make it fluffy. Gonna be a challenge to flip it whole I may need to cut it up to do so. Already had 8 cups of coffee with some pretty good cookies.
Gave up trying to sleep at 4 A M, and the ground is covered with some white sh*t the dogs do not want to go outside for some reason. Maybe it's because they are Min Pins.
    Oh Springtime, wherefore art thou?

As an update: I was unsuccessful at flipping the entire omlette. Lost about 2 eggs worth on the floor, I didn't have enough overhead room to flip in and shouldn't have.
It will still provide breakfast another 3 or 4 days microwaved.
The flavor was good, nice and cheesy and smoky.

I went out for a haircut first thing this morning, that pretty much was it for outdoors today. I’ll be in the basement next to my space heater cleaning/lubing some reels.

We are one month into winter or just over half way if you go by meteorological winter. Spring is quite a ways off for Delaware. Patience grasshopper.

Don't try to flip a big omelette. Have another skillet heating beside the one with the omelette in it. When it comes time to turn it, place the second skillet on top and rotate the pans

The flipping thing is one reason I do scrambles. Make your omelet but keep the eggs a moving. Funny thing is a side of bacon (2 slices) is $2.50 at a local place, if you order a sausage scramble with bacon, it is .99 cents and is at least a slice and a half.

Buy yourself one of these if you lack flipping skills (like me).
