If it was my last meal it would have to be a fine steak with lobster, and maybe a side of any kind of Mexican food.

Pulled pork BBQ that has at least a 1 inch deep smoke ring. Next would be a medium-medium well ribeye steak. Third would be boiled peel and eat shrimp.
