Spring Break (from WI)

Hey all, I'll be bringing the family to Florida from Wisconsin for spring break this March. My in laws are located in Cape Canaveral. I have never had the chance to fish outside of WI, IL, and MN so I'd love to get into some good bass fishing.

I'm wondering if anyone could give me some information on some good guides in the area or potentially even a member who would like to receive a tip for taking a guy and his boys out.

Looks like we are closest to Lake Poinsett, what is the story on that lake? We are definitely willing to drive somewhere which we probably will to seek a chance at a true giant of a fish at least for us WI folk.

I'll be at headwaters Feb 8th and 9th, can let you know how it goes but by March the bite will change by then.
