Many have tried shrink wrapping the boat with a dehumidifier running in the boat with mixed results. Some say it works, some say you'll never get all the moisture out that way. Personally I would weight the boat then run the dehumidifier for a week and weight the boat again after just to see how much water weight actually came out. Most importantly you need to figure out how it got waterlogged in the first place and rectify that issue.

Open it up , pull the deck off only way to get it out.

Gravity does do some work for you. The vast majority of the moisture will be on the very bottom of each compartment if sealed. If the rig was left outside for years, uncovered, it may end up being a floor removal gig to get the moisture out. If it kept dry, or in a dry climate and tilted, you can see some results..... A lot of ifs.... Sure fire way is get the old foam out. Taking a lower cost and effort chance first only costs you some minimal time and effort. We have an 2001 Xpress that I feel like has "some" wet foam (not too bad though). Been angling up and keeping it dry. Sure isn't getting worse.
